Offered: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–12:30 PM

We provide trauma-informed individual counseling to address substance use, mental health, and co-occurring issues. Clients gain personalized tools for coping, self-regulation, and long-term recovery in a safe, supportive setting.
A step-down level of care for clients transitioning out of IOP or other treatment levels. This program reinforces recovery skills and offers continued support for relapse prevention.

Evidence-based therapy sessions led by licensed alcohol and drug counselors and mental health professionals.

Fitness-based therapy sessions designed to promote overall well-being and physical health as part of the recovery process.

Support from individuals with lived experience in recovery who are trained to guide, mentor, and empower clients.

Personalized nutrition support for clients working to rebuild health and manage cravings, gut health, and mood through diet.
